Role summary
Medtronic seeks a Regional Business Development Lead to drive growth for enabling technologies and robotics across Nordic, Greek, and Israeli markets. The role focuses on strategic account development, platform adoption, and market expansion within the Cranial & Spinal Technologies business, reporting to the Regional Business Director.

What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies for enabling technologies and robotics across the region
- Lead AXiS platform launch planning and regional adoption including reference centre development
- Drive large capital business development across navigation, imaging, robotics, and related technologies
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with university hospitals, academic institutions, and key opinion leaders
- Analyze market trends, support reimbursement initiatives, and equip commercial teams with tools and training
