What you'll be doing

Serve as primary candidate contact, coordinating interviews and scheduling across multiple teams
Administer Greenhouse ATS: post requisitions, maintain candidate data, move candidates through pipeline stages
Arrange candidate travel, onsite visits, and interview logistics as needed
Maintain records, templates, and monitor recruiting activity for data accuracy and compliance
Support talent acquisition projects, reporting, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives
