Role summary
This 12-month contract role involves sourcing and engaging talent across Asia Pacific markets to support IQVIA's hiring needs. - Communicate IQVIA's employer value proposition and career opportunities to potential candidates
- Map competitive talent landscapes by analyzing organizational structures, job responsibilities, and career preferences
- Develop reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines for stakeholder review
