- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance regulations
- Experience in clinical research, pharma, biotech, or life sciences industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to manage multiple priorities

- Partner with hiring managers to attract and recruit qualified talent across diverse business functions
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate engagement
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using modern recruitment technologies
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout recruitment process
