Role summary
iRhythm seeks a Real World Evidence Manager to lead quantitative analyses generating clinical and economic evidence for its cardiac monitoring platform. This technical role manages RWE studies, health economic models, and statistical programming while supporting payer and health system decision-making.
What they're looking for
- Master's or doctoral degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or Public Health
- 3+ years HEOR, RWE, or health economic analytics experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or diagnostics
- Expert proficiency in R, Python, SAS, or STATA for statistical analysis and data management
- Demonstrated experience designing observational studies using claims or EMR data
- Proven track record developing health economic models (BIM, CEA, cost-utility)
- Peer-reviewed publication record or scientific output in abstracts, posters, or dossiers
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to communicate methodological choices clearly
What you'll be doing
- Manage execution of retrospective and prospective RWE studies using claims, EMR, and proprietary datasets
- Build and maintain health economic models including budget impact and cost-effectiveness models
- Serve as primary statistical programmer, designing analytical infrastructure and QC processes
- Prepare scientific abstracts, manuscripts, and payer-facing materials for publication and stakeholder engagement
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, and Commercial teams to align evidence generation with strategic priorities
