Role summary
Lead Clinical Data Science Programmer role at a global clinical research organization. Design and develop clinical data solutions for trials, lead a programming team, and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance. Based in Bangalore or Chennai, India.

- Extensive clinical data programming experience with SAS, R, or similar languages
- In-depth knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) and clinical trial structures

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% as required
What you'll be doing
- Lead design, development, and validation of data science programming solutions for clinical trials
- Collaborate with biostatisticians, data managers, and clinical teams on data specifications and analysis plans
- Program and validate datasets, tables, listings, and figures according to study requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through quality control and validation checks
- Mentor junior programmers and provide technical leadership to the data science team
