- Lead identification of operational challenges and design automation, data analytics, and AI solutions
- Manage end-to-end implementation from design through adoption with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with ICH GCP, internal policies, and regulatory requirements in collaboration with compliance and legal teams
- Support global team initiatives to optimize and scale local solutions internationally
- Coordinate with IT, data science, and external vendors on system integration and data connectivity
