Role summary
Quality Technician position in Receiving and Inspection at Baxter's Round Lake facility. Inspects active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, and packaging materials to verify compliance with company standards and specifications. Manages documentation review and material release authorization.

- Not allergic to Penicillin or Cephalosporin drugs
What you'll be doing
- Sample and inspect APIs, excipients, labels, cartons, and packaging materials for production
- Release materials for production after passing quality inspections and testing
- Perform quality tests using hand tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment
- Enter data into GME and Labvantage systems; package samples for external lab testing
- Complete weekly cleaning duties in non-Cephalosporin clean rooms; work flexible hours as needed
