- Establish and govern AI-enabled tools, prompt libraries, and practices for consistent record generation by engineering teams
- Develop and maintain standardized templates, checklists, visual management tools, and project controls for Quality and Operations execution
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to identify waste, variation, and bottlenecks in transfer-related quality processes
- Facilitate Kaizen events and structured problem-solving to improve process flow, efficiency, and sustainable outcomes
- Coach teams on standardized methods and continuous-improvement practices to optimize team utilization and capability
