Role summary
Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Quality Systems Expert in Yokneam, Israel to support and improve the organization's Quality Management System. What you'll be doing
- Support quality improvement initiatives including CAPA, non-product nonconformances, audits, and periodic reviews
- Coordinate training projects and manage user support for Learning Management System and Agile PLM
- Manage records retention, legal holds, vital records, and lifecycle documentation across paper and electronic formats
- Partner with departments on records management and archive coordination requirements
- Communicate process improvements and business issues to management
