Role summary
Entry-level quality inspection role within Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division. The Quality Inspector I will conduct inspections of incoming materials and components using standard measurement techniques, document findings, and maintain quality records in support of operations.

- Up to one year manufacturing environment experience; medical device background preferred
- Proficiency with inspection gages and microscopes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Basic mathematical knowledge and computer literacy with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of ISO and GMP standards; FDA 21 CFR QSR and ISO 13485 preferred
What you'll be doing
- Inspect purchased parts and components against defined criteria using visual, physical, mechanical, and electrical measurements
- Perform visual inspections on large lot sizes under microscope
- Accurately document inspection and testing results
- Maintain controlled documents and test records in organized, timely manner
- Enter inspection data into associated systems
