Role summary

A 23-month structured graduate program in quality engineering with rotations across quality operations, quality management, and new product introduction teams. Participants gain development in regulated medical device manufacturing, validation, design transfer, and leadership skills, with executive mentorship and global exposure.

Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related discipline; graduate within past 2 years
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA or equivalent
Eligible to work in respective country; ability to travel within Ireland
Analytical and problem-solving skills with capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality management systems
Advanced PC skills and meticulous attention to detail

What you'll be doing

Rotate through quality operations, quality management, and new product introduction teams
Provide quality engineering support in assurance, control, and preventative activities
Support supplier quality resolution and lead process improvement initiatives
Translate design requirements into manufacturing specifications during design transfer phases
Participate in training and development programs covering validation, GD&T, six-sigma methodology
