- Lead nonconformance investigations, CAPA records, and change controls from initiation through resolution
- Review and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and records for regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement through risk mitigation, GEMBA walks, and quality projects
- Support audits, inspections, GMP training development, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
