Quality Assurance Technician performing dimensional inspections on machined and molded medical device components. - Minimum 2 years quality inspection or manufacturing experience
- Proficiency with measuring devices: micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, comparators
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Knowledge of sampling techniques (ANSI Z1.4) and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Experience in ISO and/or regulated industry environment preferred
What you'll be doing
- Perform first article, on-line, and final dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment
- Conduct receiving inspections of raw materials and component parts
- Execute component testing with tensile testers, force gauges, and programmable inspection machines
- Complete and maintain quality documentation including discrepant material reports and first article reports
- Generate non-conformance reports and quality hold documents for out-of-specification products
Compensation$46,000 - $57,000 base salary per year plus performance bonus
