- Proficiency in SOP development, document review, and quality procedures
What you'll be doing
- Lead establishment of new programs for formulation, filling, inspection, assembly, and packaging operations
- Develop, write, and approve standard operating procedures, specifications, and batch documentation
- Perform on-the-floor quality reviews of equipment logs, training records, and batch records
- Support audits, inspections, investigations, and quarantine procedures
- Mentor manufacturing staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives
