Role summary
This on-site quality assurance role in Allentown, Pennsylvania supports incoming raw material inspection and warehouse operations during second shift (3pm–11:30pm). The specialist leads sampling and inspections, reviews material documentation for approval, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides oversight and mentorship to team members and logistics partners.

- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years quality assurance experience
- Associate's degree with 8+ years quality assurance experience
- High school diploma/GED with 10+ years quality assurance experience
- Experience in raw material incoming sampling and inspection operations
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and import/export regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools
What you'll be doing
- Lead second-shift team performing sampling and inspection of incoming raw materials
- Review and approve raw material lot disposition based on documentation evaluation
- Ensure operations comply with safety, GMP, GDP, and documentation practice standards
- Provide oversight, leadership, and mentorship to staff and partner organizations
- Represent Quality Unit during regulatory audits and inspections
