Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a QC Shift Lead to provide operational leadership for Environmental Monitoring and Logistics during weekend shifts at the Beerse facility. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in science, pharmacy, biotechnology, logistics, or equivalent experience
- Experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or laboratory environment
- Experience in Environmental Monitoring, QC Logistics, or sample management preferred
- Demonstrated ability coordinating work, setting priorities, and leading colleagues
- Strong knowledge of GMP, data integrity, safe practices, and documentation
- Fluent Dutch and professional English; willing to work structural weekend shifts
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate daily weekend activities across Environmental Monitoring, QC Logistics, and sample management
- Coach and support team members while promoting communication, collaboration, and quality focus
- Ensure sample collection, labelling, registration, storage, and transport follow approved procedures
- Oversee EM activities and verify documentation and records are completed accurately and timely
- Act as first operational contact, escalate deviations and safety risks, support investigations and audits
Compensation€61,115–€82,685 gross per year
