- Experience with LIMs and SAP systems
- Cell and gene therapy experience preferred
- Method development or R&D background preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead and develop weekend QC biotech team across Flow Cytometry, Molecular Assay, and ELISA laboratories
- Review and approve QC laboratory data for validity and accuracy per cGMP standards
- Manage work priorities, team assignments, and training completion for analytical staff
- Author, review, and approve standard operating procedures, work instructions, and protocols
- Support investigations of out-of-specification results, corrective actions, and change controls
