Role summary
Integra LifeSciences seeks a Purchasing Manager to lead procurement operations at their Princeton headquarters. The role manages a purchasing team, oversees negotiation frameworks and purchasing controls, drives process standardization, and ensures compliance across all procurement activities.

What you'll be doing
- Lead, develop, and manage team of Associate Managers, Specialists, and Senior Specialists with coaching and performance reviews
- Own purchasing dashboards and KPIs; conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Approve and lead negotiations within Delegation of Authority on pricing, delivery, expedites, and dispute settlements
- Ensure ERP accuracy, internal controls, and segregation of duties; coordinate audit remediation
- Standardize purchasing processes, SOPs, and templates; maintain role-based training curriculum and sponsor continuous improvement projects
