- 8+ years experience in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, or manufacturing
- 3+ years leading people managers or purchasing teams
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English

- Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and regulated manufacturing requirements

What you'll be doing
- Lead purchasing teams executing strategic and tactical procurement to support supply continuity and manufacturing requirements
- Monitor and improve supplier performance, purchase order execution, inventory health, and service level KPIs
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to resolve process gaps and standardize purchasing operations
- Guide supplier escalation management and mitigate supply, inventory, and operational risks
- Develop team capability through performance objectives, talent reviews, and manager/buyer development plans
