Role summary
ResMed seeks a Provider Development Specialist to convert new provider engagements into active ordering accounts and drive sustained utilization. This remote role focuses on follow-up outreach, relationship building, and account growth within the sleep and respiratory care market.

- 2-4 years customer experience or sales support in home medical equipment, respiratory, or sleep diagnostics
- Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and office staff

- Proficiency with multiple systems and platforms with speed and accuracy
- Resourcefulness, accountability, and initiative to resolve challenges independently
What you'll be doing
- Contact new providers within 24 hours of field events to introduce services and guide first-order submission
- Conduct monthly outreach to active providers to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Re-engage inactive providers by understanding disengagement reasons and developing reactivation strategies
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to share market intelligence and develop account-specific growth plans
