Role summary

Illumina seeks a Projects Planner to support regional facility planning and construction management across multiple sites. The role involves project scheduling, space planning, stakeholder coordination, and oversight of facility renovations and new construction in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of laboratory design standards including HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
Experience with Revit, CAD, or Bluebeam advantageous

What you'll be doing

Lead feasibility analyses and site master planning studies for facility projects
Track three-year project pipeline and develop comprehensive project roadmaps
Develop renovation options and create reports and presentations for leadership review
Manage communications and objectives with architects, engineers, contractors throughout project lifecycle
Create preliminary project budgets, schedules, and coordinate bid reviews and contract execution
