What you'll be doing
- Coordinate contract collection, mapping, and tracking for Project Osprey initiatives
- Maintain contract documentation and records to support legal review and compliance requirements
- Track outstanding actions, agreements, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Provide administrative support including documentation management, procurement coordination, and payment processing
- Act as liaison between project teams and stakeholders while supporting the Global Bid & Tender Team
