Role summary
Amgen seeks a Project Portfolio & Governance Manager for its Dun Laoghaire biopharmaceutical manufacturing site. The role oversees capital planning, project prioritization, and site master planning while managing the integrated business planning process and portfolio governance. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, conduct feasibility analyses, manage resource capacity, and drive continuous improvement in project execution.

- Minimum 6 years directly related experience in engineering, facilities, or capital projects

- Formal project management qualification such as PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2 Practitioner
What you'll be doing
- Oversee site project portfolio governance and strategic capital planning aligned with business strategy
- Develop and maintain integrated master plan, performing feasibility studies for capital investments
- Manage IBP PMO process including portfolio decisions, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Facilitate resource loading and capacity analysis to balance project demand against available resources
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, KPI tracking, and lessons learned across portfolio
