Role summary
AbbVie seeks a Project Manager to lead new product introduction initiatives from pipeline development through manufacturing handover. - Supervise team of 5-8 project managers and matrix-managed site operations personnel
- Develop front-end planning, due diligence, and technical feasibility assessments for new opportunities
- Establish program strategy, stage-gate meetings, and governance oversight for timely delivery
- Assess cost and resource projections and ensure quality and compliance across programs
