What you'll be doing

- Prepare and maintain study specification documents, master files, and ensure sponsor sign-off and regulatory compliance
- Serve as chief liaison between sponsors and internal departments; manage day-to-day trial activities and resolve issues
- Consult with IT, data management, and finance teams on system design, validation, and project feasibility
- Mentor and train Project Managers and Set-up Administrators; author and implement procedural documents
