- Create and maintain accurate study designs and project records in LIMS and CRM systems
- Serve as primary client contact, lead status meetings, and provide timely project updates
- Coordinate activities across Operations, Quality Assurance, Finance, and other departments
- Monitor timelines, identify risks, manage scope changes, and escalate significant issues
