Role summary
Catalent seeks a Project Coordinator to support project management teams in clinical supply delivery across the organization's Philadelphia facility. The role involves coordinating projects from award through completion, managing timelines, documentation, inventory, and client communications in a GMP environment.

What you'll be doing
- Coordinate projects from award to completion, ensuring timelines are planned, monitored, and tracked
- Support Project Manager with specific project requirements and execute tasks during manager absence
- Generate, manage, and monitor returns phase documentation including IDRs and destruction processes
- Attend meetings and audits to produce minutes, actions, and project documentation for internal distribution
- Manage client inventory reporting, resolve invoice disputes, and collect KPI data for project teams
