Role summary
Project Assistant role within the Independent DMC & Endpoint Adjudication team, providing administrative and coordination support to project managers and cross-functional teams across multiple locations in the UK, Poland, and Ireland.

What you'll be doing

- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; address scheduling issues
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and materials supporting project progress and decisions
