What you'll be doing

Provide program management leadership across six or more preclinical functional sub-teams

Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, risk trackers, and program status dashboards
Partner with scientific leads and subject matter experts to identify cross-disciplinary dependencies and surface emerging risks
Support IND/CTA readiness activities and portfolio-level tracking, reporting, and communications
