What you'll be doing

Coordinate receipt, log-in, and workflow management of samples and standards for laboratory analysis
Monitor project progress and provide status updates to client relationship managers and internal teams
Manage sample workflows including checkouts, shipping, relog, and disposal activities
Initiate project setup processes and maintain reagent documentation such as Certificates of Analysis
Manage client communications regarding sample and standard processes and escalate identified risks
