- Lead end-to-end program management for Consumer Health opportunities from deal development through customer onboarding and launch
- Establish governance structures, milestones, and accountability frameworks for complex programs
- Coordinate across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and other functions to resolve dependencies
- Serve as primary customer-facing lead from close through onboarding, managing issue resolution and escalations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop repeatable playbooks and templates for deal execution
