Role summary
GE HealthCare seeks a Program Coordinator to serve as the primary customer interface and site leader for medical equipment service accounts. What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary customer interface and site leader, managing day-to-day service operations at assigned accounts
- Assign personnel, prioritize service requests, and follow up on commitments to meet contract obligations
- Conduct frequent customer contact and formal quality reviews to ensure service excellence
- File and track expense, time, service reports, and financial performance analysis with management
- Provide equipment operation training and instruction to hospital personnel on diagnostics and safe use
