What you'll be doing

Provide end-to-end technical and scientific support for Phadia200 and ImmunoCAP system adoption in primary care
Conduct customer site visits for system evaluation, training, troubleshooting, and demonstrations
Develop standardized evaluation protocols, training materials, and best-practice resources for scalable market expansion
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify target customers and execute market-development initiatives
Support quality assurance activities including external assessments and performance verification
