What you'll be doing
- Provide clinical guidance on complaint investigations, event interpretation, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Author and review complaint closure statements and customer communications for complex cases
- Evaluate cardiovascular imaging data (echo, fluoroscopy, CT) to support case resolution
- Develop and deliver clinical training on anatomy, conditions, procedures, and event interpretation
- Identify process improvements and support standardization activities across quality systems
