Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Research end-user pain points and usage scenarios for instrument control, data acquisition, and analysis
- Gather and analyze user feedback, competitive intelligence, and regulatory requirements to guide product strategy
- Own and prioritize product backlog; break down requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria
- Provide on-site engineering support to Dalian team; proactively clarify design ambiguities and resolve blockers
- Lead acceptance testing and monitor software performance metrics to drive iterative product improvements
