Role summary
Zimmer Biomet seeks a Product Manager for Data Platforms to define and execute strategy for shared data capabilities supporting Connected Health products and analytics. The role involves translating complex technical concepts and stakeholder needs into a clear platform vision, prioritized roadmap, and measurable business outcomes across digital health applications, surgical technologies, and enterprise systems.

- Experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements for data platforms or technically complex capabilities
- Demonstrated success managing products through full lifecycle from strategy to post-market optimization
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, clinical, marketing, regulatory, and operations teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- MBA or advanced degree preferred in business, engineering, or healthcare discipline
What you'll be doing
- Lead definition and execution of Connected Health product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Define shared data capabilities including ingestion, integration, storage, governance, APIs, and analytics enablement
- Conduct user research, journey mapping, and clinical needs assessments to identify experience improvement opportunities
- Develop business cases, product briefs, and requirements translating user needs into actionable development plans
- Collaborate with UX, data science, development, clinical, and marketing teams to deliver products from concept through global launch
