- Develop and execute annual endoscopy marketing plan aligned with local and regional priorities
- Lead product lifecycle management including positioning, launch planning, and portfolio optimization
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities in surgical specialties
- Partner with sales teams to support capital equipment pipeline and strategic account initiatives
- Conduct clinical training and organize workshops, symposiums, and education programs for customers
