Role summary

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Science, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' sales and/or marketing experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or diagnostics
- Demonstrated track record of delivering commercial growth and business objectives
- Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience in diagnostics preferred but not required
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans and quarterly portfolio strategies to drive growth
- Manage assigned product portfolios and ensure brand stewardship and commercial performance
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and market development initiatives
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, and campaign effectiveness with contingency planning
