What you'll be doing

Participate in product solutioning workshops and system design conversations to determine business value delivery
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand integration needs and contribute to solution design documentation
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for IMWCS initiatives
Support operational teams during deployments and go-live initiatives through shadowing and assistance
Monitor system performance, assist with troubleshooting and testing, and analyze operational data for improvements
