Role summary

- Demonstrated ability to influence across organizational boundaries and communicate complex concepts effectively

- Own strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of Global Supply Chain business process management capabilities and operating models
- Design and manage enterprise process architectures and models using BPM methodologies and approved platforms
- Deliver, adopt, and realize value from digital and process transformation initiatives across supply chain functions
- Identify and deploy automation, analytics, process intelligence, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational effectiveness
- Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and capability-building activities supporting enterprise-wide adoption of new processes and tools
