Role summary

What they're looking for
- Ph.D. in organic chemistry, biochemistry, or chemical engineering; or Master's degree with 3 years scientific experience; or Bachelor's degree with 5 years scientific experience
- Extensive hands-on expertise in solid phase peptide synthesis and purification techniques
- Experience scaling and transferring peptide synthesis processes to GMP manufacturing
- Proficiency with analytical characterization techniques including HIC-HPLC, SEC, LC-MS, IEX, and RP-HPLC
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic, interdisciplinary environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage complex projects

- Develop scalable synthetic processes for therapeutic peptides using solid phase peptide synthesis
- Drive innovation in peptide purification, isolation, and characterization technologies
- Support cGMP manufacturing and technology transfer to contract manufacturers
- Ensure process performance through understanding, modeling, and characterization activities
- Contribute regulatory documentation and support regulatory filings across drug development stages
