What you'll be doing

  • Lead market development for Digital Surgery solutions across Poland with market mapping and opportunity identification
  • Execute strategic sales priorities across nationwide territory and manage full sales cycle from engagement to contract closure
  • Drive adoption of digital operating room solutions by educating customers on clinical, operational, and workflow benefits
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital stakeholders including clinicians, directors, IT, procurement, and compliance teams
  • Support clinical product evaluations in operating rooms and coordinate implementation planning with internal cross-functional teams
