  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex datasets into decision-oriented conclusions
  • Working knowledge of biostatistics, bioinformatics, quantitative sciences, and multidimensional biomarker data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for scientific strategy communication to stakeholders

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and lead integrated biomarker strategies across cardiovascular/metabolic and infectious disease/vaccine programs with cross-functional teams
  • Translate disease biology and therapeutic mechanisms into translational hypotheses and fit-for-purpose biomarker approaches
  • Serve as biomarker representative on program teams, providing strategic input to program-level decision-making
  • Lead interpretation of biomarker and clinical datasets, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Mentor biomarker scientists and support publications, presentations, external collaborations, and expert interactions
