This individual contributor role combines technical expertise in platform development with hands-on experimental innovation across multiple discovery programs.

What they're looking for

  • Deep expertise in massively parallel reporter assays (MPRAs) at million-to-billion scale
  • Strong background in spatial omics or functional genomics with proven platform development experience
  • Advanced knowledge of spatial transcriptomics, spatial proteomics, and high-content screening technologies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CRISPR-based perturbation systems and pooled genetic screening
  • Experience designing and executing complex experimental workflows integrating multiple analytical approaches
  • Familiarity with antibody structure and biologics discovery highly preferred

What you'll be doing

  • Lead development, optimization, and deployment of massively parallel reporter assays combined with single cell and spatial omics
  • Design innovative experimental workflows integrating genetic perturbation, reporter assays, molecular profiling, and spatial analysis
  • Develop and optimize spatial assays using platforms such as Bruker CosMx, 10x Genomics Visium, and Xenium
  • Build integrated workflows connecting functional perturbation data with spatial phenotypes and tissue-level biology
