Role summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Principal Scientist to develop and deploy spatial omics and massively parallel functional genomics platforms for therapeutic discovery. What you'll be doing

Lead development, optimization, and deployment of massively parallel reporter assays combined with single cell and spatial omics
Design innovative experimental workflows integrating genetic perturbation, reporter assays, molecular profiling, and spatial analysis
Develop and optimize spatial assays using platforms such as Bruker CosMx, 10x Genomics Visium, and Xenium
Build integrated workflows connecting functional perturbation data with spatial phenotypes and tissue-level biology
Evaluate emerging technologies, manage external collaborators and CROs, and support multiple discovery programs as scientific partner
