What you'll be doing

Lead development of innovative characterization methods for drug substances and materials across particulate to bulk scales
Apply AI and machine learning to analyze particulate materials and extract insights from complex datasets
Develop and implement automated, high-throughput characterization workflows integrated with digital laboratory environments
Partner with process modelers and data scientists to establish experimental pipelines supporting model-informed drug product development
Communicate scientific findings through technical reports, presentations, publications, and patents
