Role summary
Principal Scientist leading clinical research strategy and execution for investigational immunology compounds at a late-stage development level. Responsible for clinical trial design, regulatory submissions, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining scientific expertise in rheumatologic disease areas.

- M.D., D.O., M.D./Ph.D., or D.O./Ph.D. degree
- Minimum 5 years clinical and/or development experience in academia, clinical medicine, or corporate settings
- Demonstrated scientific scholarship and achievement record

- Expertise in clinical development, clinical research, and immunology
- Prior phase 2 or 3 clinical trial design and execution experience in rheumatologic diseases preferred
What you'll be doing
- Direct clinical development strategy, trial design, initiation, execution, monitoring, and regulatory submissions
- Evaluate translational research and develop early clinical development plans and investigational new drug applications
- Analyze clinical findings and support regulatory filings, study reports, and scientific publications
- Supervise clinical scientists and collaborate with cross-functional experts in regulatory, statistical, and manufacturing areas
- Identify external investigators and establish collaborative relationships with rheumatology disease experts
