Role summary

Amgen seeks a Principal Scientist in Clinical Pharmacology to lead computational modeling and simulation strategies that advance drug development. What you'll be doing

Develop and implement analytics workflows to manage and analyze complex datasets from diverse sources including real-world data
Drive innovation through application of modern data architecture, data science engineering, and advanced computing methodologies
Plan and execute PK/PD analyses integrating pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and patient characteristics to optimize dosing
Mentor junior scientific staff and collaborate with modelers to implement data workflows for pharmacometric projects
Provide scientific thought leadership and contribute to external scientific community through publications and conference presentations
