Role summary

- Partner with program teams and subject matter experts to align training with business objectives and deployment schedules
- Conduct audience analysis and develop learning strategies to support user readiness and adoption
- Coordinate development and delivery of multiple learning solutions and track completion metrics
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide reporting to support deployment decisions
