Serve as primary quality representative for Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health service depot operations
Lead complex investigations into product quality issues, customer complaints, and returned products
Analyze post-market data and quality signals to support strategic decision-making
Develop and present Product Performance Reviews with trend analysis and metrics
Oversee CAPA implementation to enhance product quality and operational effectiveness
